I am so sad that I choosed this place even for a night. 
We were happily staying in holiday in resort but as we were travelling with kids thought may be a water park resort would be good for kids but I made a huge mistake. 
Here the staffs are very unkind and unmannerd. 
1- it took me a few minutes to reach the kids club to pick my kids the staff threatened my 4 years old and 10 years old saying next time 1000 bhat fine. 
Who talks to kids like that.

Staffs are very unkind with kids and staffs looks very unhappy never ever coming back to thia place again. Worst decision ever.

I’ve been visiting this hotel since 2018 , I’ve stayed at the hotel since about 4-5 times . In 2018 the hotel cleanliness and upkeep was excellent , food was good and service was great . 

Over the years I’ve noticed the quality of the upkeep of the resort was declining ,eg the lifts were filthy , the corridors inside the hotel was not clean . Room make up was more to tidy up than actual cleaning service. 
Yesterday we saw a rat in the corridor, which to some extent is understandable due to the outdoor sort of vibe and aesthetics the resort has but then coupled with filthy bedding and uncleaned rooms , one begs to differ . 

This trip what was really sad was to see that the service from extremely humble and amazing willingness to service has been reduced to virtually a standard across the resort . 

This place was special to my family and I and I have encouraged many family and friends to visit and which they have done . This time I’ve brought about 5 families with and their experience wasn’t near what I had bragged about .   We had no hot water for 6 nights , when we complained , they sent a plate of fruit and said sorry , a plumber came did some work on the unit but still no hot water . The staff have become so rude and if anyone who has been to Thailand , no one is rude . 

I’v checked out and whilst checking out I told the lady at check in after staying here for many years I will not come back , she just said ,”sorry “  not to ask why , 

The resort has potential to be awesome due to the fantastic location and facilities but due to the upkeep   It’s going to sadly become a tourist disaster.

Poor upkeep at what use to be our favorite resort in Phuket

We booked this accomodation with excitment! This was a surprise end to the trip for our young children. However we found out through a facebook page that the water park will be closed over the time of our stay. This being the soul reason for choosing this resort we were deeply disapointed we werent made aware of this planned works at the time of booking. When we emailed to seek a refund we were sternly told no. And that they would compensate by giving us discounted food and a free shuttle bus into town.....we have not yet reached a fare resolution and i would not reccomend booking here! the interactions and total dis regard or care has been of putting to say the least. Very disapointed and would like to think they will offer us something worth concidering in the next response. Is anyone else going through this?

No honest communication around water park closer, and not willing to refund or offer reasonable solution! Beware

It is good to know that splash will be closed for renovations in July 2025. The park is very old and tired, the sun chairs are all old and sunken. If you have booked to stay at the Spash resort, specifically for the water park, ensure the park entrance is included in your accommodation cost. We booked through booking.com and water park entrance was not included.

Great day for the family, suitable rides for all ages, some need upgrading but good variation of rides.
Food court had a good variety of food choices. 
Unfortunately we selected and paid for 20 photos and was told will be emailed but nothing was sent. 


At full price I wouldn't say this water park is worth it, but with the buy one get one free deal it was a good day out. 

The food and drinks inside the park are much more reasonably priced than in similar venues, which is a huge bonus.
